Terrible service

The worst service, the absolute pits. Terrible communication things only get done if you go there yourself and even then it’s just lip service. My car was taken there over a week ago under the advice of my insurance (maybe they’re friends). 2 days later nothing was done and I’m told the person who was handling my car no longer works there. Then they ask me what the car came in for. They tell me I need to get a seal for the gearbox but the agent needs a sample to check size. I get quoted, I pay the deposit. Then radioactive silence. Only when I went there myself to get an update as no one was getting back to me about anything, do the stories begin. Today, when I was told yesterday that my car will be ready today, I am told the seal is too small they will send a sample tomorrow. I just want my car back and my money so I never have to set foot there again.
