Someone please teach how to ****mer properly or do the correct job

The worst panel beaters , I was involved in an accident that lead to my Kia carnival 2024 in Astra blue only 6000km on the clock , driver side front fender and bumper that needs to been replaced. They took me that my car needs new body panels from Kia and quoted me and the insurance R60000 , but the car came back yesterday and no new part was purchased ? They managed to damage the passenger side front fender, straightened the driver side fender saying they ordered a new one plus the front bumper was repaired not brought new from Kia. The is going to Kia today to get inspected. So please these guys think that they are the **** , this issue can cause them to lose their RMI license. Don’t take your car there ,they’re ****mers that don’t know how to cover their tracks. Please Flora know the type of people you are dealing with ( This is not a threat, it’s just a heads up for just in case something happens to your bad ****ming)
