Revolting and disgusting service !!!! Don’t take your vehicle here!!!!!
Whatever you do! Please DO NOT take your car there!!! I had a break down last week Tuesday and the car was supposed to be towed to my house since I got stuck 10-15km away from my house. Help24 then calls me and says they’re willing to tow my car to 14th avenue and will do a free diagnosis. I only managed to get any kind on communication on the Thursday after calling almost 7 times with no response from reception. Eventually I’m told the person handling my case will call me back. She does not...I had to call in AGAIN to ask about the car and they tell me they’re battling to open the boot so they haven’t been able to look at the vehicle. It has been EXACTLY one ****** week with no communication from these *********** fools!!!! They are rude to clients and simply don’t know what they are doing. I would have rather pushed my car home if I knew this is what I’d be getting myself into!!
