Poor service

A few days after my initial one star review, someone from Flora Auto Clinic phoned me. They asked me to write another review saying that they have contacted me and wanted to make things right. They also would've contacted me to fix their poor paint job in 2024 when they opened. As expected they didn't. We went back to them in Jan 2024 and they said they would've contacted me by the 19th of Feb to organise me taking my vehicle back, but they haven't done so and as I'm writhing this review it's already 3 days past. We were told that my car was on a priority list, but the insurance already paid them so they probably want someone else's money now instead of fixing my car's paint
