Not so 5 star!!!

This so called one stop 5 star auto should be down graded .After been ********** for over R6000 and waiting a month to get the car back traveling to a client nearly damaged my engine as a water rubber hose which should have been checked when reassembled ruptured and nearly caused a series problem. Also battery terminals were loose. You can't speak to the mechanics there which is really bull****.I needed to speak to him but the service representative said he would phone me. Still waiting to hear from him.
