Nice stuff BUT BAD service! And lack of accountability and communication.

I took my Mini Cooper there because it was cutting power, they did their diagnostic and said the fuse box is broken and have to replace it. On collection the car was having the same issues, they took it in in less than an hour it was sorted. 2 weeks later I had the same issue and they say they need to do turbo reconditioning with a new quotation. When I refused to pay stating that i won’t pay for the same issue they kept my car for 4 days, asked that I collect it as it is now fixed. When I asked what the issue was, they say they didn’t do anything the car fixed it’s self and they only cleared all the errors. Now I’m taking my car to BMW, I regret taking it to Flora Auto Clinic and will never do it again!!
