I have been trying to get information out them for over a month

I have been trying to get information out them for over a month. They bought my vehicle from me and were suppose to have the vehicle removed from my name after I delivered my original NATIS document to them personally and signed all documents to enable them to do the transfer. It was promised by Valery that it would have been done a month back but even if I, just about daily, send WhatsApp and emails I just get told that she will get back to me but nobody never does. This vehicle still has not been removed from my name.
