Flora Auto Clinic Get It Sorted.

Here is my experience with Flora Auto Clinic. My car was sent there for repairs to the front end. The first time i went t o collect it i wasn't happy with the color match between the front bumper and front fenders. I told the workshop manager and he said i must leave the car and they will fix it and let me know when it is ready. Now bear in mind i stay in Tarlton on the other side of Krugersdorp on the way to Magaliesburg and i work in Broederstroom. So i leave the car they fix it call me its ready again i go to collect it and it looks much better now but my sons sees a mark on the rear bumper i show the workshop manager and he says one of the staff must have bumped it but just kept quiet .Can i leave the car again i say no because i need to get the loan car back and also it is major pain driving to them and then to work also to keep taking time off work. I say do they work on Saturdays yes he says sometimes i say cool let me know and i will drop my wife at work and bring the car through. one Saturday .So i wait for the phone call and guess what no phone call. So i go on their website and send a mail. Not 10 minutes later i get a phone call they are sorry for the inconvenience they will collect the car from my work and bring me a loan car and also reimburse me for the petrol used to get the car to them and back to me i say awesome i am happy with that. They will call me on Thursday about 10 o'clock to arrange it. Thursday comes and goes no phone call . So Monday i go back on their website and send another mail. Same story10 minutes later phone rings it was them but i was busy at work so i couldn't answer the call. Then i get a mail saying they want to collect my car the next day and bring me the loan car. I say awesome do it. So to cut a long story short they fixed the rear bumper and reimbursed me for my fuel. A big thank you to Eloise and the driver who fetched my car and brought it back to me unfortunately i didn't get his name. They would not be my first choice because they are far from me but i must say when they heard there was an issue they didn't try and deny it they took ownership of the issue and got it sorted out so a big up to them for that.
