Damaged my car and refused to reimburse me

Took my car in for repairs but they further damaged it. They don’t know how to handle cars, use them at your own risk!! They burst my radiator hose when they performed an unauthorized pressure test on my vehicle. I did not authorize this test, nor was I informed it would be conducted. As a direct result of their action, the hose burst and the pipe was damaged. At the time of the incident, I was physically present at the workshop, sitting in the reception area. A staff member called me outside to view the burst pipe—clearly acknowledging that the damage occurred while the vehicle was in their care. This confirms that the issue was not pre-existing, but rather caused by their unauthorized and negligent handling of my vehicle. They **** about it at first but i had recordings, on the premises they started speaking afrikaans so i do not hear them, thats when i knew they were ******, i started recording everything to gather evidence. Flora auto lacks transparency, accountability and professionalism. They did not reimburse me for the damage they caused to my car
