Bad service

It's a joke that Outsurance recommends Flora Auto Clinic for panel beating. Please do research before taking your car to the panel beating department, at least read through all of the one-star reviews, which describe what I also had to deal with. At first, when I took my car to the panel beating department, I was told that the repairs would take from 5-7 working days. After no update, they hadn't even started with my car after 8 working days when we phoned to find out what was going on. Later I was contacted to get the vehicle 3 times. The first time the car had gone through a quality check, the front badge was still missing, panels were skewed, electric windows were not working (the electric windows were working before the car went in for repairs), they put the wrong size tires on the car and one of the mags that were supposed to be fix were still bent. Also, the radiator cradle which was broken because of the accident wasn't repaired after we had pointed it out to the workshop manager when we took the car in, which makes you wonder if they even checked underneath the car to see what needed to be repaired. The second time we went to fetch the vehicle the radiator cradle was still not fixed, and the mag hadn't returned from the mag repair shop. After going back and forth with Outsurance, the panel beaters finally fixed the radiator cradle. The last time - 4 weeks after I initially took the car in for repairs, the windshield washer sprayer wasn't spraying water onto the windshield, the bonnet stabilizer clip was missing and they put the wrong badge on the car, so now the car has two different badhes on the front and back respectively. It's now been almost 1 and a half month later and they still haven't given my cars bonnet stabilizer clip back. There is a life time warranty on the paint they used for the front bumper and I saw a crack on the paint when I washed my cars about a week or so after getting my car back. Also I paid for my car which includes everything on it when I originally bought it and they put a used side mirror on the car and after a few requests they haven't given back my old mirror, which I paid for and is legally mine.

I had family members who took their cars elsewhere for panel beating and they had none of the issues I had, and said that the car looked new and you couldn't tell that the car had been involved in an accident. Seems like they just want money and aren't willing to give the quality of service for the price.
