Absolute *******!!!

If I could give them zero, I would. Just know that if your car is in these people's possession, you are in for the worst hell possible. My vehicle was towed to these people's yard *******ly by First Help, who work in a syndicate with them. After insurance instructed the First Help driver to send my car to Auction Nation in Sandton, they towed vehicle to these losers. I was then contacted by Flora's rude staff requesting that I panel beat my car with them and not with the recommendation of the insurance. When questioning how my car ended up with them, they said they don't know and can provide details of the driver that delivered the car to them. Which was obvious LIES!!! As soon as daybreak the next day, I instructed insurance to have the vehicle collected from them. Flora employees then **** to the insurance in the morning saying that I had requested the vehicle to remain there and be panel beat by them, even more LIES. Just be careful of these guys, they will lie with a straight face. No ethics or reliable business practices. I hear they also quote your insurance high rates for repairs but never purchase the OEM parts. These people actually should be investigated....
