WARNING!!!! Flook Sport & Travel

I bought a discounted stay at The Lost City including some discounted clothing items which I selected at discounts between 50% and 60%. When I made payment their system had a glitch. The order confirmation was send to me but a few days later cancelled due to their mistake. This resulted me in losing all my discount vouchers and cancelling the order completely - the chosen items were obviously not available anymore in the correct sizes. instead of offering me the items at the discounted rate as I selected them, they just cancelled the order. I have requested management to contact me, but till now no one has.... I haven't received any refund to date although they have agreed to refund.
