Wow. I was very weary at first to buy something from their website as I had no prior experience with them, but I am very happy with their service now, after using them. I bought shoes via the Vodacom app, but my size wasn't in stock, so after I sent a email, I was promptly and politely helped. The lady on the other end quickly changed my order and gave me more options to what I can get.

I also received the shoes very quickly (their delivery service was quick)(within a few days of the order, much sooner than they had first promised, where I was already happy).

When the shoes arrived, I had realized that the size I asked for was too small for me, so I emailed again to ask if I can arrange a swap and once again I was promptly and adequately helped. I am very happy with this company and will definitely use them again.
