Poor service from Flook Sport and travel.Delayed delivery ,wrong product sent and poor feedback.

on the 15th of December I ordered a pair of sunglasses from Flook. After a long battle and poor correspondence they eventually delivered on the 31st of December. upon opening of the parcel they sent the wrong sunglasses.I notified them via E-mail - they didn't even phoned me back they give poor feedback via e- mail. After a few e-mails I ask them to send me the sunglasses. They first want the wrong pair back before sending me the new pair - this is not fair because the I have to wait a long period for the right glasses. The initial order was made on the 15th of December.According to there procedure they deliver within 4 working days....The delivery was made on the 31st of December.I will advise the public to rather buy from another online shop like takealot. Flook service is terrible.
