Impressed with customer service

I ordered some golf shirts which arrived and were the wrong size I e-mailed for a return and was helped immediately with this return and I was offered the correct size or a voucher. A lady called Carmelita helped me the entire process and organised the correct size for me, she followed up the entire process and was very helpful.
