Flook.co.za - VERY poor service and zero delivery over a month after paying in full

I ordered goods from flook.co.za on the 12th April 2018 and paid in full at the same time. today is the 21 May 2018 and I have not received my goods nor have I received any communication from Flook despite two queries being logged on their site. The delivery status of my order is N/A which is of super big concern since it looks like they have ****** my money and have no intention of delivering the goods?
