Flook shouldn't be operating on vodacom website. Very poor and dishonest.

I purchased some shoes almost 2 months ago. Your website says 3-7 days delivery at worse case scenario. I still have no shoes and I have paid for them. The only way to resolve is by email and no one can resolve. Let's see how long this will take to resolve. The sad part is that flook does work for vodacom, and flook is giving vodacom a bad name.
