FLOOK! NO FEEDBACK, NO DELIVERY

I placed and paid for my order on the 04 May 2020. Today is the 11 June 2020. I understand it was ordered in the lockdown period, but deliveries have been allowed for some time now. I have not received any feedback, after sending multiple queries. There is no phone number to call, nothing. When am I getting my order? It just says in transit, it's been saying that for the past month. Absolutely horrible service.
