Flook employee gives excellent customer service

This is worth mentioning as it was not the first time I received excellent customer service from this person. Carmelita ****enson attended to my query. She responded immediately when I had a query regarding my voucher I had to redeem and there were somehow no stock available for me and I was sorted in a few minutes. For me this is amazing services. Every company needs a Carmelita ****enson. She is great at what she does and in assisting the customer.
