Delivered parcel to wrong person

We ordered sunglasses as a Christmas present through flook on the 9th of November. After numerous emails and phone calls with the excuse “supplier out of stock” we were informed today that the parcel was delivered to the wrong customer. Apparently they can’t do anything about it and we have lost our money. How is this for bad service. They can learn something from takealot and spree that have excellent customer service. Will never ever buy from them again and will definitely not recommend them to anyone
