Worst travel agent I ever dealt with. Never again, and will not recommend

I made a booking in January 2022, and had to make a change due to the borders not being open. I had to submit a request to change it online, which I did. They never responded and I had to purchase another ticket from a different agent. Eventually, long after the original flight date, they responded with the ticket was used and I had to get in contact with the airline. I mentioned that I submitted a request long before the flight, and I booked a ticket with them as the agent, and not with the airline. They basically responded with the same content. Worst agent ever. Never will book them again, and never will I recommend them.
