Worst service

I booked a flight using Flight network. The airline cancelled the flight and there was only a flight available 5 hours later.

After speaking to the airline directly the said the can refund me with no charge as I need to be at the location before 10am, I just need to speak to Flight network.. so flight network charges me R260 for doing nothing !
