WORST EXPERIENCE WITH FLIGHT NETWORK

My experience with Flightnetwork.com has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Since November 19th, I've made numerous calls from four different devices in an attempt to change the time of my flight to an earlier one. However, instead of providing assistance, I was repeatedly sent back and forth between the 19th and the 20th.

Upon landing in Johannesburg, I sought help from Flysfair, who informed me that the travel agency should be able to facilitate the flight change. Unfortunately, Flightnetwork.com continued to give us the runaround until it was too late.

Despite three days of persistent efforts and communication through various devices, the agency informed me that they were unable to assist. What adds to the frustration is the lack of actual contact details and inadequate communication, including the live chat feature. This has been an incredibly unsatisfactory experience with Flightnetwork.com.
