Flight Network is the biggest **** and lies to its customer. My flights were booked last year on Flight Network with Emirates, and the flight was cancelled a week before due to COVID. Emirates issued a free date change for 24 months, with no additional costs. When I wanted to change my dates, I was shocked to find out my booking reference for Emirates is no longer available. After calling the airline, I was informed that Flight Network requested a refund in April 2022, without my consent, and my tickets therefore do not have the open ticket conditions anymore! This was done so that when my dates are changed, Flight Network can make more money. After calling and emailing Flight Network several times, I was told they had to refund the ticket because of "validity" - LIES! I eventually gave up and asked for a refund, which I cannot get because they keep lying and saying they waiting for the "airline to authorize" the refund.
