Their booking mistake, no way to contact them

I just booked a ticket for 5 October, and my confirmation came back as 24 September! There is no way to get hold of them or talk to anyone, and they don't answer their emails or the one phone number that they provide. I would like a full refund or free rescheduling, but who knows whether this will happen. Very disappointed.
