PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have sent numerous emails with no response, called numerous times and have been kept holding on for more than 2.5 hours in total. I booked a flight and need to cancel 1 of the travelers and am just not getting the assistance that I require before the flight on 05 and 06 March 2022.
