My refund

I honestly don't under WHY they use call center agents based in Asia for the South African Market. You have to CONSTANTLY repeat yourself over and over and over. I cancelled my flight due to unforseen medical circumstances which aren't my own. They are taking too long to refund my money, I'll never ever ever use them again, they are pathetic!
