*********** and useless!

This is probably the most *********** travel agency out there. My flights got canceled by the airline and I have been waiting 3 weeks for them to contact the airline, how hard can it be? I have contacted the airline many times. I booked different flights and took out cancelation insurance, what a waste of money! They say that they give immediate payouts with this insurance, what a ****. Just don’t use them, choose another travel agency because if your flight gets canceled all they will tell you for weeks is ‘rest assured, you will get an email’ which never arrives.
