I want to know if other people have any such experience or is this a ********** company

I booked a flight from Capetown to johannesburg and booking got canceled due to technical error that I got the confirmation from flight network team and they promised to refund my money but it's more than 45 days and they has been no response and no update as to when my refund will be compensated back to me.
