Flight network is frustrating!!!!

I am supposed to be taking my flight on Monday the 21st of march 2022!!! These people haven’t confirmed my booking!!! I don’t understand how is a company this ***********? Guys please tell me this is not a ****!! I have already paid for everything 😭
