FLIGHT NETWORK INCOMPETENCY

Most PATHETIC, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE, UNREACHABLE ...Flight Agent ever. No contact numbers available, if u try "live chats" u are kept on hold due to no agent available. I bought flight tickets to London UK 2 months ago for myself and my daughter via this Agency and never bothered to double check or inspect our flight tickets due to the fact that everything was done online and I was under impression that everything was seeing that errors was red flagged and corrected during the online booking as well as the fact that the Agency will alert me should there be something wrong. On 11 Dec 2023 upon arrival at Airport I could not check in due to an error with my full names not recorded on my flight ticket but instead only my initials and surname. Airport as well as Emirates refused to board us and referred me back to the Agent to ensure correction Tried to contact Flight Network as well as "live chat" unsuccessfully. We were left stranded and missed our flight. When I eventually secured a "live chat" on 12 Dec 23 Flight Network informed me that they do not have the authority to change my details as well as No refunds will be made even though there's return tickets from London UK pending for 20 Jan 2024. I have to suffer thousands of rands due to Flight Network' s incompetency Flight Network is not even worth a 1 Star!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE FLIGHT NETWORK AGENCY EVER
