Flight change was never rescheduled

I would rate Flight Network a big fat Zero like their Customer Service. Booked a flight with the flexible option and when contacting Flight Network as requested by them and to wait an 1hr -2hrs for someone to answer. Eventually it was "confirmed" telephonicically and I would receive my confirmation via email. I phoned daily to follow up on my so called confirmation, just too get the same lies that my flight has been rescheduled and that Flight Network was having I.T issues. P.s I was stranded.
