Flight cancelled, no refund received!

Please do not use Flight Network. Not only did they not book my flight and paid the money over, but I'm also struggling to get my refund from them. I had to book a flight last minute and pay double and 10 days after I was promised that I will reveive a refund, I still only hear about mails being send and I have to be patient.
