****en ****ed and disgusted

So after two days of struggling to get hold of them, via email, ticket logging and calling their contact centre i finally get hold of them

so 1st of all for something i had no control over regarding the covid19 restriction i was charged a assisting fee of R640 then i received another link stating '' oh they have check their system and there is another additional R385 on top of the additional amount i have just paid- its ****en ridiculous for something we had no control over I'm being charged over a R1000 more just so i can change a date.

what a ******* and a **** will definitely not use them ever again - they can suck it !!!
