DO NOT BOOK THROUGH FLIGHTNETWORK.COM!

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT book with these people. I'm a PA and was tasked with trying to change the flights for my boss' other half who booked through this useless company. I have called them in excess of 40 times (that is not an exaggeration for effect). The line is permanently engaged. I have managed to get through 3 times. The first time I was hung up on and had to start from scratch. The next 2 calls I got through to someone, explained what I needed assistance with, was told that they were going to check on something and was placed on hold, only to be lost in the queue for another 30+ minutes until I had to give up. I've spent well over 3 hours over the last 1.5 days trying to change the date on flights. I even tried contacting the airline directly so as to bypass the most inoperative company of all time, but the airline can't even access to amend the bookings. I've been holding for 1 hour 48 minutes and counting so far today...... I'm not hopeful!!!
