I do not even know where to begin. These guys give such poor service, you wait on the queue on hold for an hour before they begin to assist. They told me my flight ticket had gone up by R940 but the airline website said it had not, so they charged me so much extra at a rebooking coz my flight was affected by covid19 restrictions. If possible i suggest u stay away from these ****** who try to make money at all costs to the customer, woth complete disregard to how all this affects us. They also never call back, our calls got cut 3 times while on a call with them but they did not bother to call back. And they always say there is a no refund policy, even when the airline itself does offer refunds. I am so not pleased, i will never use this agency again.
