Avoid Flight Network. Over 1 hour in live chat. 6+ agents. Endless transfers. The same copy-and-paste messages again and again. Had to explain the same issue repeatedly. A simple YES or NO took over an hour. No ownership. No accountability. No real customer service. The chatbot said the airline had changed my booking. Later an agent claimed there were no changes. Completely inconsistent information. I saved the entire chat transcript. It speaks for itself.
