Avoid booking flights through flight network

Wasn't helpful, couldn't get support until the business week before my departure. Support kicks you off when you are inactive for seconds. Tried phoning and no answer. I you get through with online support they send you in circles, not helpful at all but defensive. Olga. G. was very rude. I saved my messaging transcript and will take this further.
