Bad aftersales/Customer services

My name is Merilda Ma***o I'd like to warn people not to dare choose a Flexi Wifi as prepaid fibre and internet service because they don't have service at all.

I have logged an incident stating that my wifi is not working, it's been 3 weeks without getting help on this ref ZF000AVHG. The worst part is that I paid for the service that I wasn't able to use.
