What is Flexicell

FLEXICELL is taking money every month from my bank account by debit order. It was R99.00 every month and all of a sudden it is R199.00. I did not sign anything and nobody called me. I try to stop this debit order but the bank said I must call Flexicell and arrange with them to stop the debit order. It is over 2 years and I cant get hold of this people. I don't know for what am I paying this money because there is nothing that I recieved for this money that I paid every month. When I called there number (***) there is all the time just one call before you and you hold for the hole day! The (***) is always engaged! What am I supposed to do to get this people out off my account?
