unauthorised debiting of my bank account
Flexicell have been making unauthorised monthly debits of R199 from my account for more than 2years now! Today they had the audacity to deduct it twice! I've been trying to get hold of them since forever but they do not answer their phones! I've tried to cancel the debit order on my bank's side, but this is apparently not allowed. I've just about had enough. I'm considering taking legal action as I'm clearly getting nowhere with these people!
