Wrong fully listing on ITC

I am terribly disappointed on this holiday club which tarnished by name on ITC which I only find out when I was rejected on a bond application, I do not owe anything & for some reason they decided to list me on transunion owing R9911 & being on arrears for 4 months, I contacted the club & was promised that listing will be corrected & letter be sent so I can continue with my credit application hower nothing good was done for over a week instead they are sending me statement saying I owe R9402 this Monday, I am fedup with this kind of services & want my name cleared & will cancel the remainder of the contract since the club does not mind blacklisting me unnecessary messing up my credit profile.
