Dear All, <br> <br> Initially I wanted to cancel my subscription, because I was not well informed and I was not well treated as a client in the PAST..Then came Faith Joyce who was professional,sincere,friendly and understanding.She made all the effort to keep me informed,educated and making sure I understand the the benefits of having such a holiday plan.I could not have ask for a better person to help me understand my decision making process.I am glad to report she is outstanding,very professional.If she did not have an answer right away,believe me she will deliver on her promise and come back with one..Keep it up Faith Joyce and I hope there is a \BIG' promotion lurking around the corner.God bless and once again I am very grateful that you assist my dilemma.Regards,Roland "
