Useless in canceling my contract and their terms and conditions

I have been a member of Flexi Club member number 044697 for over 20 years now and i am a 72 year old pensioner and unable to travel and contacted Flexi club to cancel my contract as i cant travel anymore and cant afford the ridiculous annual fee of over R18000.00 per year for holidays. i have been informed they refuse to pay the balance out to my bank account and need to make a booking to utilize the funds left in the club otherwise i will lose over R40K including my points . I didnt see anything in the contract that i have signed since i joined flexi Club that ones i cancel i will not get the funds back and would like Flexi Club to show me the clause in my contract where i have signed for indicating no payout will take place and force to use all the funds and points .
