Useless holiday club!

My wife has been a member of Flexiclub for many years. Lately we can't get any holiday destination. We have thousands of points and even thousands in our levy account, but all of that is useless. We tried to take this up with Flexiclub, but there is only 2 ways to contact them - by phone, or to give your details and get them to get back to you. I tried the last option but couldn't even send it. What a useless setup!
