Unusually excellent service!

Ryan Firmstone is an excellent agent. He said he would find us a week 50 booking at our favourite resort, and he did. He also followed up promptly with us and made all the arrangements. It is unusual to find such excellent service, we normally have to keep on phoning and keep on reminding, but Ryan does what he says he'll do and really cares. Thanks Ryan!!
