Unsanitary Chalet at Magalies Park

Last year we booked because Flexi Club was marketing how their Chalets are sanitized and even sealed to ensure our safety but that was not what we experienced at Magalies Park. We found blood stains in the bedroom and bathroom even the curtain. No one could assist since it was evening and could only be moved the following day. I had to sleep on the couch with my kids who are still traumatised and the only person who was apologetic was the receptionist. We lost out on a whole day while we waited at reception to be moved to another Chalet. I've contacted customer service and sent emails but no response not even a mere apology or assurity of that this will not happen again. This has definitely left a horrible taste and experience for my whole family and it's unfortunate that I'm still contracted to pay till my contract ends
