******** activities, Misinterpretation of Packages, No communication, Bad Service from Management and staff alike

My horrible experiences goes back to when I was at a weekend away at Club Mykonos planned on our Flexi Access contract. I felt firstly 'bul**** and pressurized'into taking up an upgraded contract from the consultant at Mykonos then what's more is I get ****med out of my deposit money paid into the consultant's account and no-one at Flexi Club has even made an attempt to formally apologize for everything I have been through in terms of the ordeal suffered. Now I am trying to make a booking for a much-needed break and was passed from pillar to post by the reservation consultants Puvin, Nomanvunda and another African male and I got so upset that I asked to speak to the Manager or the supervisor on duty but obviously to no avail. I am at my wits end now and have requested to cancel this contract and be refunded with all my monies paid thus far. I am also intending to take further action as there seems to be no urgency for the inconvenience that has been caused due to negligence, blatant ignorance and poor service.
