Unhappy client
I had a problem with Flexi Club and Thobani Arends(very patient and professional)did his level best to gather the information concerning the matter.After all he did,he referred the matter to his supervisor for the resolution. Unfortunately the supervisor did not resolve the matter and I'm left hanging. I thought the service of the company improved but it's still zero rated. It seems that the management deliberately ignore our complains for the benefit of the company. Imagine forfeiting points just like nothing happened. Really this is a *****ulent company.
