Unathorised credit card debit

We went to Durban for the Easter weekend where we ended being sold a flexiclub package. We used our credit card to pay for the R1200 and odd registration fee. We then informed our sales lady Judy Samduth to debit our cheque account for the R13 688 at the end of April. To our surprise our credit card was debited on Friday for the same amount. I phoned Judy to find out why our credit card was debited because we did not authorise the debit. She apologised and promised to reverse the payment on Monday. I phoned her on Monday
